 X-20A Acrylic Thinner 250ml (Extra Large) The Tamiya X-20A 250ml Acrylic Thinner is suitable for use with the range of Tamiya Acrylic Paints and is water-soluble and non-toxic.These acrylic paints are suitable to paint plastic model kits and come in three finishes, gloss, flat and translucent.The Tamiya Acrylic Paint range can be brushed straight from the tub, or thinned to be used in an airbrush.

ACRYL/POLY THINNER X-20A 46ML Tamiya acrylic paints are made from water-soluble acrylic resins and are excellent for either brush painting or air-brushing. These paints can be used on styrene resins, Styrofoam, wood, plus all of the common model plastics. The paint covers well, flows smoothly and can be blended easily. Prior to curing, paint can be washed away with plain water.When airbrushing make sure to use any of the following Tamiya thinners: 81020, 81030, 81040, 81520, 87077. Features X designated colors have a glossy finish while XF designated colors are flat finish. The paint can be thinned for airbrushing using Tamiya X-20A Acrylic thinner. The paint can be also thinned for airbrushing using Tamiya Lacquer Thinner. Using Tamiya Lacquer Thinner will yield faster drying results and a harder finish. For better paint brushing results use Tamiya Paint Retarder (87114) for a smoother brushstroke free finish.

Mr. Thinner is a thinner exclusively for Mr. Color. It can be used to dilute paint for brush painting or airbrushing, and to clean brushes and tools used. Capacity: 110ml Note: Cannot be used to dilute paints other than Mr. Color Series and Mr. Metal Color. If Mr. Color has become very viscous in the bottle or has become very hard, please use T115 Mr. Color True Solvent to redissolve it. Mr. Color Thinner alone may not be able to redissolve it.

Mr. RETARDER MILD is an agent for retarding the drying of Mr. COLOR paints and eliminating lumps in brush-painted surfaces. In addition, it also greatly improves the smoothness of the Mr. COLOR paint film and thus dramatically increase luster. With a brush Add approx. 10% Mr. RETARDER MILD to Mr. COLOR and mix well. Mr. RETARDER MILD should be added after transferring Mr. COLOR to another container such as paint dish. Your brush strokes should all be in the same direction. Don’t be concerned about any brush marks or lumps as these will disappear. With an airbrush Add approx. 20% Mr. RETARDER MILD to Mr. COLOR and mix in well. One of Mr. RETARDER MILD’S special features is that it is effective in thinning. Mr. COLOR paints produces more luster than Mr. THINNER. However, adding more than 20% delays drying time longer than required. If you want to thin Mr. COLOR more, you should use Mr. THINNER. The method of application is the same as for regular spraying. However, be caution with paint. It may start to dribble.
