Tamiya 24374 1/24 Nissan Sk... $40.95
Nissan’s Skyline has been an ambassador for high performance Japanese cars for many a year. The series, which stretches all the way back to 1957, was joined in August 1981 by the sixth generation car that included the sporty 2000 Turbo GT-E S. Possessing a sleek wedge body design and 145hp 2-liter inline-six turbo engine, its 4-wheel independent suspension had front strut and rear semi-trailing setups, disc brakes front and rear, and even switch-operated adjustable shocks with variable stiffness. Technology buffs of the day were captivated by features such as a Driver Guide System which used a directional sensor as a compass to give straight-line distance to your destination, and with such a consummate package of style, performance and cutting-edge technology it was inevitable that the car would enjoy massive popularity. Features The wedge silhouette is recreated with aplomb. The realistic interior has bucket seats, while front strut and rear trailing arm suspension setups are also depicted. Synthetic rubber tires. Decals are included for emblems, logos and other details. Comes with a seated driver figure. The assembly instruction manual gives instructions for 7 different color schemes including the main red and silver options Specification Length: 192mm, width: 73mm, height: 62mm. 1/24 scale

TAMIYA
Tamiya 25218 1/350 Japanese... $88.95
A Brave Warrior After the withdrawal from the Naval treaties, plans were laid to build Kagero-class warships. The Yukikaze was the 8th completed destroyer built of the Kagero-class in January 1940. The Yukikaze saw fierce action at Midway, Guadalcanal, Mariana Islands, Leyte Gulf, as well as serving in other battles throughout the Pacific Theater. Furthermore, she also served as a patrol ship and assisted in transportation duties. At the time of her completion, she initially came armed with three dual 12.7cm gun turrets and two quadruple 61cm torpedo launchers, but in the latter stages of the War, her armament was strengthened with a complement of AA guns as well as radar changing her beautiful silhouette into one safely of ferociousness. Even at the Ten-Ichi-Go operation in April 1945 where she fought hard alongside with the doomed Yamato, she was able to save many survivors and return to port. The Yukikaze survived WWII relatively undamaged she was therefore named "the Lucky Destroyer". After the war, she was used to ferry Japanese soldiers and personnel back to Japan. Later, she was transferred to the Republic of China for war reparation and served with distinction throughout the 1960s. Tamiya’s 1/350 Japanese Navy Destroyer Yukikaze (Movie Version) commemorates the release of the Japanese film YUKIKAZE and the celebrated WWII destroyer—the only ship of her class to survive the conflict. This special-edition kit, Tamiya part HC-25218, depicts Yukikaze as fitted for the Ten-Ichi-Go operation in April 1945, with added AA guns and radar for an authentic late-war appearance. The full-hull model measures 338mm in length and 31mm in width, capturing the ship’s distinctive form and surface detail. Riveted side plates and degaussing cables are crisply reproduced on the hull halves, while metal anchor chain and metal propellers elevate realism straight from the box. Laser-processed machine gun parts provide a sharp, scale finish, and polycaps let the main turrets and torpedo tubes rotate freely for dynamic display. A display stand is included, and the completed model can be stored in the special commemorative packaging. Tamiya 78027 1/350 Japanese... $194.95
The Japanese Navy's Last Heavy Cruiser The Chikuma was completed in May 1939 as the second ship of the Tone-class. She was the final heavy cruiser to be built by the Japanese Navy and featured a distinctive design which concentrated four twin 20.3cm main gun turrets forward of the bridge in order to allow unimpeded launching of her six floatplanes from the aft deck during battle. Chikuma often accompanied the Japanese Navy's aircraft carriers since her floatplanes provided considerable reconnaissance capabilities to the fleet, and she was present at such important engagements as the attack on Pearl Harbor and the Battle of Midway. She continued to serve valiantly until her demise at the hands of U.S. carrier aircraft during the Battle of Leyte Gulf in October 1944. Features This is a 1/350 scale plastic assembly kit of the Japanese Heavy Cruiser Chikuma. Length: 576mm, Beam: 71mm. The sharp form of the ship has been accurately reproduced.  Model depicts the Chikuma in early-war form, prior to being refitted with additional equipment.  Differences from the Tone such as the signal lights and rangefinder antennas are faithfully depicted.  The ship's hull separates into port and starboard parts and one-piece lower hull helps to produce the form of the beautiful bow.  The turrets feature precision-molded panel lines and radiator slits.  Parts such as masts and antennas are made from strong ABS plastic parts.  Bridge windows and searchlight lenses are reproduced with clear plastic parts.  Metal parts depict anchor chains and propeller shafts.  Nakajima E8N and Kawanishi E7K floatplanes can be set on the deck. Display stands for depicting aircraft in flight are included.  Full hull model display stand included.

Tamiya 24032 1/24 Honda Pre... $42.99
The Honda Prelude is a Japanese sports car that was first presented to the public in 1978. Its serial production started in the same year and lasted until 2001. During it, the model was manufactured only in the city of Sayama in Japan. In total, approx. 825 thousand jobs were created. cars of this model. The Prelude model did not have a direct predecessor in the Honda Motor Company offer, but was developed and put into production in order to fight the market with cars such as Toyota Celica, Nissan Silvia and Mitsubishi Eclipse. The new car was based on many solutions used in the Accord and Civic models. Suffice it to say that the first generation of cars of this type was built on the platform of the Civic II models. This condition did not change until 1982, when the 2nd generation Honda Prelude appeared. Like the models mentioned above, Prelude had a chassis with a self-supporting body. During series production, the car was offered primarily as a 2-door coupe, and the range of engines included engines with a capacity of 1.6 to 2.3 liters.

TAMIYA
Tamiya 24031 1/24 Audi Quattro $44.99
The Audi quattro played a major role in moving four-wheel drive vehicles away from being the strongly exclusive domain of heavy off-road cars. It was one of the stars of the Geneva International Motor Show in 1980; while the body was similar to the Audi Coupé, its flared fenders and spoilers front and rear hinted at its high performance, but its full-time four-wheel drive was naturally the main talking point. Differentials at the front and rear were joined by a center differential in a setup that checked numerous boxes: smooth road driving; superior speed and cornering; and exceptional stability. Power was provided by a 2,144cc inline-five engine with a turbocharger and intercooler that output an impressive 200hp, while the front and rear had MacPherson strut suspension and disc brakes, which were a ventilated design at the front. In 1981 a rally version of the car debuted and took the global circuit by storm, winning multiple races and opening the door for other 4WD rally cars. Its influence was also felt in the road car arena, and while the car itself remains an ageless classic, the “quattro” name is also still used by Audi for its four-wheel drive system. Features This is a 1/24 scale plastic model assembly kit. Length: 185mm, width: 79mm, height: 57mm. Blister fenders and rear spoiler are recreated on this realistic rendering of the legendary 2-door coupe Audi quattro. Authentic metaphors of the inline-5 engine, suspension and four-wheel drive system.  The interior features recreations of seats, dashboard, shifter and more. Decals are used for the seat patterns.  Treaded solid synthetic rubber tires.  A driver figure is included.

Tamiya 20071 1/20 Porsche 9... $64.95
A Legend with a Twist The Porsche 935: a true legend whose story goes back to its development for the Group 5 racing category that began in 1976. It quickly became champion that first year, and in 1977 too, it was the class of the field, with the works team joined by numerous privately-run 935s. One of those private teams was Kremer Racing, which made some of its own modifications to the body, and ran the 670hp 6-cylinder turbo engine car in a striking livery that borrowed its colors and the mascot from the title sponsor Vaillant. Results were impressive, as the Vaillant car held off the competition in the 6 Hours of Hockenheim that July for a hard-earned victory; it would also record four wins in the German domestic series the Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft that year. Features This is a 1/20 scale plastic model assembly kit. Length: 235mm, width: 104mm, height: 65mm.  The tweaked Kremer Racing 935 Vaillant form is captured in style.  A removable engine hood allows appreciation of the detailed horizontally-opposed 6-cylinder engine after assembly. The cramped, roll cage-equipped interior is realistically depicted. Solid synthetic rubber slicks add to the finished article.  Cartograf decals are included to depict the livery. Tamiya 60793 1/72 Lockheed ... $65.95
This model kit recreates the state-of-the-art F-35B Lightning II in easy to manage and display 1/72 scale. It inherits many of the detailed features first seen in our 1/48 scale release. Thanks to extensive research of the full-size subject, the B variant of the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II model is poised to be the definitive model in 1/72 scale! Developed under the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program , the F-35 integrates multiple functions into its design and there are three types: the F-35A conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL) aircraft, the F-35B short takeoff, vertical landing (STOVL), and the F-35C carrier takeoff and landing (CV). The F-35B was developed as a successor of the AV- 8B Harrier II. The F-35B is recognized as the aircraft which accomplished both supersonic flight and STOVL by the 3-bearing engine duct nozzle and lift fan, and following the F-35A, the F-35B deployment started in 2015. The first F-35B to see action was an aircraft belonging to the U.S. Marine Corps VMFA-211 “Wake Island Avengers” in Afghanistan, in September 2018. Not only the U.S. and the U.K. but also Italy employs the F-35B. The Japan Air Self-Defense Force also plans to launch a new fighter squadron with the F-35B from 2024 onward. As the F-35B can be operated from both aircraft carriers and airfields featuring short runways, many countries are considering its deployment, and the F-35B looks set to become a significant presence in the skies across the world. The F-35 Lightning II is an ambitious 5th Generation aircraft that aims to meet the needs of different U.S. service arms via three different variants, perhaps the most adventurous of which is the F-35B which combines extremely low observability and exceptional situational awareness with short takeoff and vertical landing (STOVL) capability facilitated by a lift fan positioned between the engine and cockpit, that lets it operate from smaller confines such as amphibious assault ships, light aircraft carriers and airfields with limited runway space. Its deployment is planned not only by the U.S. Marine Corps, but also by U.K. and Italian air arms. Get a close look at what makes this fascinating aircraft tick with our detailed and accurate model in the manageable 1/72 scale. Features 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit. Wingspan: 148mm, fuselage length: 215mm. The kit recreates the vertical landing and can be assembled in two ways; landed or hovering and ensures superior assembly with dedicated angled door parts. The parts faithfully depict a hovering aircraft with downward engine nozzle and opened doors. Features realistic renderings of half-open two inner weapon bay doors and interior details such as ribs and pipes. The nose landing gear and main landing gear can be depicted as extended (for hovering) or retracted (for landing). The lift fan is integrated with nose landing gear bay, and the variable vane underneath is recreated in detail. Shorter than on the F-35A, the engine nozzle is recreated by a single part. The 3BSM (3 Bearing Swivel Module) is faithfully recreated with a dedicated parts breakdown for this kit. RAM (Radar Absorbent Material) are molded into fuselage surfaces. Clear parts recreate canopy and EOTS fairing under the nose. Includes parts for AIM-9X Sidewinder x2 and AIM-120C AMRAAM x2. Y-shaped air intake duct for highly advanced stealth characteristics. Detailed cockpit, landing gear bays and roll posts. Martin-Baker US16E ejection seat. RCS (radar cross section) enhancers affixed to top and bottom sections during basic training exercises.
