The Porsche 956 is an iconic sports prototype car which was developed along with the start of Group C regulations for the World Endurance Championship in 1982. In the same year, it achieved both Manufacturer’s and Driver’s Championships. This assembly kit recreates the Le Mans version of the 1983 works Porsche 956 which achieved victory at all seven races in the 1983 season! This R/C model assembly kit recreates the legendary Porsche 956, which was developed along with the start of Group C regulations for endurance races in 1982 and proved a dominant presence, taking maker and driver crowns in 1982 and then astonishingly winning all 7 races on the 1983 endurance circuit. The aerodynamically refined body is recreated in lightweight polycarbonate plastic, with plenty of detail provided by separate parts for the rear wing, head- and taillights. This assembly kit recreates the 1998 Honda NSX Racing! The version in this release is minus any sponsorship livery so you may create your own or simply paint the car as you wish. It sits on top of our easy to assemble and maintain 4WD TT-02 chassis. The NSX - a midship engine sports car released in 1990 – achieved success in races all over the world and took part in Japanese GT car races from 1996. The 1998 version employed a 3.5-liter V6 engine, and featured improved aerodynamics, low center of gravity, improved brake system and easier maintenance. Four cars were raced that year and achieved five victories. TT-02: Adaptable, Balanced Shaft Driven 4WD The shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis employs a longitudinal layout with the battery on the left and the motor on the right, to give excellent stability. The Avante was originally launched in 1988 and Tamiya took advantage of the experience and know-how garnered by the Tamiya Racing Factory (TRF; founded in 1989) team to make a racing version of the Avante: the Egress. It featured carbon fiber plates made of the material seen on hi-tech racing cars and aircraft, and employed racing parts such as ball diffs, high-capacity oil dampers, and lightweight titanium screws. Now, the shaft-driven Egress receives a makeover to bring it right up to date and unleash a whole new world of potential. Durable shaft-driven 4WD chassis uses a range of carbon parts This shaft-driven 4WD chassis features a longitudinally-positioned motor and full ball bearings, while carbon fiber upper and lower decks ensure that the model has superb strength. Re-designed front and rear ball differentials offer excellent reliability and easy maintenance, working in tandem with the built-in center one-way to provide sure-footed movement. The one-way bearing can be locked. The Fast Attack Vehicle was an R/C buggy that reproduced the look of a type of special military vehicle. This re-released version features improvements to meet the modern R/C standard while maintains the same basic chassis design as the original 1984 model. Based upon the compact 2-door Fiat 600, it was tuned by Abarth for races. The muscular form had front and rear over fenders, a large radiator cover integrated with the front bumper, and horizontally-opened engine hood. A 982cc inline-4 engine capable of over 110hp underpinned its powerful performance. The Fighting Buggy was originally exported as the Super Champ in 1982 across the globe. For a limited time only, it is back as a special re-release celebrating 46-plus years after it originally made its debut in hobby stores. The re-release kit begins with a new name, which is the same as that used by the original Japanese release of the R/C model. While it features a variety of tweaks and upgrades, Tamiya's designers made sure to retain the drivability, appearance, and characteristics of the original. The Hotshot II was a lightweight design due to the use of plastic parts. Features R/C model assembly kit in 1/10 scale. Length: 390mm, width: 235mm, height: 160mm. All-wheel drive with shaft drive guarantees off-road speed and stability even in the trickiest corners. The 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension uses CVA (II) oil dampers (one for the front and two for the rear) with front stabiliser to get the most out of the 4WD traction. The body and rear wing are made of lightweight polycarbonate (0.7 mm thick) and use a colour combination with orange lines on a black base.
