The Primer range of lacquer model paints are specifically formulated for air brushing straight out of the bottle. With a denser pigment compared to a lot of other model paints, expert results can be gained with minimal effort - just Pour and Spray!

This surfacer gives parts a smooth finish and does not easily fill in molds. It is ideal for the final finishing before painting, or for the final finishing of figure prototypes. The black finishing surfacer is ideal as a base for black paint for metal and pearlescent paints. *The black finishing surfacer is not compatible with SM08 Plated Silver NEXT. It will not produce a beautiful mirror finish as is, so you will need to polish the surfacer or spray it with glossy black paint, or do other additional processing.

Mr. FINISHING SURFACER provides a smooth finish on the surface of parts and does not easily fill in molded areas. The white FINISHING SURFACER released this time is most suitable for final finishing before painting a character model or car model or for final finishing of the base form of figure painting that calls for bright colors.

Pink color will be added to Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 series. This is a surfacer containing primer components. It is an improved version of Surfacer 1000. It is a versatile type that can be used not only for plastic models, but also for metals such as etching parts and resin materials that are difficult to adhere to. The color is gray. *When diluting SF287 Mr. Primer Surfacer (bottle type) with regular "Mr. Thinner", if you dilute it more than twice as much, the soluble components may become diluted and solidify. We recommend using "Mr. Leveling Thinner", which has high dissolving power, for dilution and tool maintenance.*When using "Mr. Thinner", add a small amount of "Mr. Retarder Mild" or "True Solvent Liquid". Adding soluble components makes it less likely to solidify.

This is a base paint used when you want to turn a dark base color such as black or red into white. The newly developed special paint strongly conceals the base color, gives a fine finish, and helps the top coat color to develop. It also has a surfacer effect, so it can handle minor scratches.

This revolutionary water-based surfacer series has less of a solvent smell and is safer, while alsobeing able to fill in surface scratches and prepare the base before painting. Black Surfacer 1000 particles turn the finish color of the base material black, so it can be used as a base for metallic colors and as a base for black paint. It is very convenient because you can create the base material and paint black in one go. If you are using the bottle type with a brush, you can use it as is. If you are using it with an airbrush, dilute it 1:1 with water or a thinner for water-based hobby colors (recommended).

This revolutionary water-based surfacer series has less of a solvent smell and is safer, while also being able to fill in surface scratches and prepare the base before painting. Surfacer 500 has coarse particles and is suitable for filling large scratches and sealing wood. The surface has just the right amount of roughness, making it ideal as a base for brush painting. The bottle type can be used as is when using with a brush. When using with an airbrush, dilute 1:1 with water or water-based hobby color thinner (recommended).
