Micro Set is a very versatile decal setting solution that does several things to Microscale Decals to improve application. Micro Set should be applied to the surface of the model where you will be sliding the decal off the paper backing. Micro Set prepares the surface with special wetting agents that cut the oils in new paint and converts the adhesive on the back of the decal to a stronger and longer lasting one. In addition, Micro Set slightly softens the decal film to make it more flexible so that it will conform better to the model's surface. Better adhesion of the decal to the model prevents tiny air bubbles from forming and results in an invisible carrier film for the so-called "painted on look." To apply Micro Set: Use a soft flat artist's brush and apply Micro Set where you are going to apply the decal. Then slide the decal off the backing paper using a small pointed tip synthetic bristle brush to carefully position the decal in its proper position. Blot the decal carefully with a tissue or paper toweling, being careful not to disturb its position. Allow the decal to dry overnight. It will then be ready for a protective coat of Micro Coat Flat, Satin or Gloss.

Micro Sol setting solution is for the most difficult irregular surfaces to be found on models. It completely softens the Microscale Decal, allowing it to drape down onto the surface of the model, conforming perfectly to surface irregularities without distortion. The most amazing results in seemingly impossible places are possible because Micro Sol actually makes the decal part of the painted surface. For that reason, you should coat Micro Sol on for only a few seconds and then leave it alone. It does the work. Do not touch until the decal has dried, as the decal is very soft at this stage and could be easily damaged. For the best results, first apply Micro Sol to prepare the surface and enhance the adhesive. Make sure the surface is free of particles that could get under the decal's film and cause a blemish. Then, when everything is dry enough that the decal will not move easily, apply Micro Sol with a small flat brush. Apply with as few strokes as possible so a not to disturb the decal. Then allow the decal to dry without disturbing it. One application is enough in most cases but, if necessary, a second application of Micro Sol can be helpful.

Originally intended for industrial & DIY use, this incredibly versatile material was soon popularised by modelmakers for filling gaps in metal models, converting stock figurines, making buildings & producing master models for commercial purposes. By mixing the two parts included, this soft & highly adhesive putty will begin to gradually solidify to a resilient, rock hard finish over the course of several hours. Once fully cured, it can then be painted, sculpted, sanded & more. Heat-resistant up to 130º and able to set underwater, Milliput is an excellent adhesive that bonds not only to itself, but also wood, brick, cement, metals, concrete, plastic, glass & more. Stored correctly, this product has a shelf life of around 2 years.To help ensure this, store in cool, dry conditions & reseal packaging after each use. This is a two fluid ounce Pump Spray bottle of Bob Smith Industries INSTA-SET™ Foam Safe CA Accelerator. INSTA-SET™ is a catalyst which acts as an accelerator that allows CAs to quickly cure in thick layers by enhancing the alkaline conditions during polymerization. INSTA-SET™ in a spray bottle is normally used to cure the CA that flows from joints when parts are pressed together. Applying an additional bead of thick CA along a seam and then curing it with INSTA-SET™ significantly enhances a joint’s strength. For difficult to bond materials, INSTA-SET™ can be applied to one surface and CA to the opposite surface. When brought together, they will bond instantly. INSTA-SET™ is formulated with a strawberry scent and activates CA in 6 to 8 seconds without any degrading of the CAs strength, which can occur with many other accelerators. It is compatible with all surfaces, even clear plastic and white foam.

BALANCER GRAY is a special polisher developed with a proprietary technology called M620 which can produce up to 2000 grit surface from a 600 grit surface. BALANCER WHITE is a gloss polisher made with premium grade ultra-fine abrasives which can effortlessly produce a super glossy surface. This fast and effective tool is recommended for everyone from beginners to advanced users. The green side is the pre-treatment side to prepare the surface for a super glossy finish.The white side further brings the surface to achieve a super glossy. Step 1 Use the green side to achieve a matte finish surface. It is recommended to polish enough in order to acquire a satisfying glossy surface. Step 2 After using the green side use the white side to achieve a super gloss finish. The level of gloss finish depends on how many passes are made on the surface. The more passes on the surface, the glossier it becomes. Optional methods Use the RECOVER (sold separately) after using the green side in order to produce a semi-gloss surface. *This method is mostly used when removing the nub marks with GATE REMOVER. UN-CURE™ debonder will soften cured CA. If parts are bonded incorrectly or your fingers are stuck together, a few drops of UN-CURE™ will dissolve the CA in about a minute. Apply on bonded skin and roll apart fingers. Once stuck, use acetone to clean off softened CA, then wash off with soap and water. Since cured CA is essentially acrylic plastic, anything that will dissolve CA will also soften most plastics. Care must be used, therefore, when using Un-Cure on plastics. Separating plastics parts with a razor saw is usually the best option. Works Best On All Cyanoacrylates Directions Un-Cure™ will soften cured super glue (aka cyanoacrylate, CA). To release bonded skin (not near the eyes) apply Un-Cure™, then use a small, rounded object like a paperclip to separate the skin with a peeling action, applying more Un-Cure™ as needed until the skin areas are debonded. Wash the area with soap and water. The natural shedding of the skin’s outer layer will remove any residual CA within 12 hr. For removing CA from hard surfaces, soak a cloth or paper towel in Un-Cure™ and rub areas vigorously. Un-Cure™, however, will mar most plastics.

SLOW-CURE™ 30 min. epoxy works best for forming reinforcing fillets on joints. It has the highest strength of our epoxies. It is waterproof and more heat resistant. SLOW-CURE™ can be used for bonding if you’re willing to wait overnight. Fillers such as microballoons can be mixed with SLOW-CURE™ and FINISH-CURE™ to form a putty-like consistency. Such fillers will usually decrease the working time by about 25%. Bonded objects can be handled after 8 hours and the cured epoxy reaches full strength within 24 hours. Smooth, non-porous surfaces should be roughened with coarse sandpaper to improve adhesion. Acetone and Isopropyl rubbing alcohol work as the best solvents for cleaning uncured epoxy from surfaces. SLOW-CURE™ works best for forming reinforcing fillets on joints and can be mixed with microballons or other fillers to form putty-like consistency. SLOW-CURE™ is waterproof and forms superior bonds if you’re willing to wait overnight. It has better penetration of porous surfaces for better bonding. Full cure in 6-8 hours.

Use this handy solution to apply decals which have been left too long in water and lost their adhesion. Simply apply to the surface of the model, and use water to remove any excess adhesive. Features handy brush on reverse side of cap for application. 10ml bottle.

Gundam Marker Inking / Extra Fine Type can be used to carve concave lines and recessed areas of Gunpla to add definition and emphasize the three-dimensional effect. It can easily increase the realism of your model without painting. If you are using it on unpainted parts, you can erase any excess with an eraser. There are three colors, so please use them according to the color of the object you are painting and the expression you want to use. Usage examples: Black: For dark colored parts such as white, blue, and gray, or for strong, firm expressions Gray: For light colored parts such as white, or for slightly subdued expressions Brown: For red or gold-plated parts *This product is primarily designed to be applied directly over molded plastic parts of Gunpla models. If used over a painted surface with Gundam Marker Paint, Mr. Color, Gundam Color, or Water-Based Hobby Color, it will melt the painted surface and may leave a stain on the overflowing area.
