Peco NR1501B N Wagon Iron Ore Tippler Grey

BR built 8590 unfitted iron ore tipplers. Some of these were converted to vacuum brake later, joining those built new with vacuum brake. As well as Iron ore, they were used for Sand and Chalk. Later some carried ingot moulds and their high capacity meant, during the 1980s that they were popular with civil engineers as spoil carriers.

These new models feature highly-defined moulding, crisp printing, free-running metal-tyred wheels and pocket-mounted couplers, with brake rigging in line with the wheels.
