This 12mm gauge track system is accurately modelled in H0 on the metre gauge track found in Europe, most notably in Switzerland. It is also useful for modelling the 3ft 6ins track found in southern Africa, Japan, Australia, Norway and parts of South America; in 4mm scale the gauge is correct for the many 3ft gauge lines formerly found in Ireland and the Isle of Man. This versatile track could also be used for modelling in TT (3mm/ft scale)

Adapted from the existing PECO Setrack Curved turnout, this brand new development allows us to add a really useful component into the classic Streamline OO/HO Code 100 range. At last we are able to offer a tighter radius turnout for Streamline users, something that has been requested on and off for a long time. Curved turnouts are fantastic space savers and their benefits are often overlooked. Given that so many layouts are built to be located in small spaces the use of curved turnouts ought to be greater than it is, so these new Streamline turnouts may well address many concerns that modellers have when planning their model railway. This turnout has been derived from the existing Setrack curved turnout the geometry departs from the common frog angle adopted by the Streamline system (which is based on a common frog angle of 12 degrees) - this turnout has a 11.25 degree frog angle and the inner radius is just 438mm, or 17.2 inches. This should not be seen as any disadvantage and the real benefit is that they will allow much tighter access where it is needed, such as in restricted places where a layout has to loop around into a fiddle yard, for example. The standard Streamline curved turnout has a minimum inside radius of 762mm, 30 inches, so the difference is quite clear to see. Specification Length: 168mm Radius: 438m

Bullhead track has been in use on the railways since the earliest times, and is still very much in evidence today. They are constructed to our new versatile Unifrog design which can be operated, powered and switched like an Electrofrog or left unpowered if preferred.Peco Streamline Code 75 track meets the standards of enthusiasts who prefer to run trains on scale height rail. Today most manufacturers' wheels are suitable for use on Code 75 track but some vintage models may have flanges which are too deep to clear the rail fixings. Even today, bullhead track can still be found on secondary routes and in sidings, so the time frame for this track is very wide. With sleeper dimensions and spacing closer to 4mm/OO scale (despite the track gauge still being 16.5mm), visually this track does look impressive once ballasted and weathered. It was always going to be a compromise, but we think that the result is pleasing to the eye. Certainly, the attention to detail of the rail chair fixings should be noted, a visual necessity for replicating true bullhead track. Correct track gauge for most commercially available rolling stock - no risk of derailment on curves.Sleeper depth matches existing Peco track, so fully compatible with other 16.5mm gauge (OO/HO) track in the Peco range. We are pleased to announce the release of the SL-U8361 and SL-U8362 code 83 #6 turnouts. The PECO Streamline “83 Line” Code 83 track system has been many modellers’ premier choice for modelling American railroads since it was launched back in 2004. As part of our ongoing improvements we recently had the opportunity to re-tool the #6 turnout, which now benefits from one piece machine point blades, and the introduction of the Unifrog format to give the modeller options for wiring. We can help you further understand the concept behind Unifrog, which replaces Electrofrog and Insulfrog, but incorporates the benefits of both.
