The U.S. Air Force implement a realistic training program called “Red Flag” to improve both pilot air combat skills and survival rate. At Red Flag, pilots are divided into both friendly and hostile forces, with the latter called “Aggressor” which have specially selected pilots at the helm. Making up the core of these “Aggressor” forces are F-16C Block 30, 32, & 42 aircraft which are dressed up as Soviet MiG and Sukhoi aircraft with distinctive blue and brown camouflage patterns. Also, the U.S. Navy's hypothetical enemy force is called “Adversary” and use the F-16N aircraft with training held at their Navy Fighter Weapons School, famously known as “TOPGUN”. Both aircraft have their own individualistic camouflage pattern and contribute to the strategic training of each unit. Features This 1/48 scale compatible plastic assembly kit allows you to create either the U.S. Air Force's F-16C “Aggressor” or the U.S. Navy's F-16N “Adversary” hypothetical enemy aircraft.  Length: 316mm, Wingspan: 197mm. The F-16's flowing form and unique camouflage pattern together create an exquisite model.  Two kinds of main landing gears, air intakes, engine nozzle, and Head Up Displays are included as well as three kinds of main landing wheels to allow you the choice of creating either the F-16C Block 30, 32, 42, and F-16N aircraft.  Producing a sharp finish for these hypothetical enemy aircraft are parts depicting the AN/ALQ-188 jamming pod, ACMI pod, and air intake sensors.  Horizontal stabilizers are moveable thanks to polycaps, and you can choose flaperons to be in an up or down position.  One pilot figure included.  3 kinds of markings for the “Aggressor” and 1 kind for the “Adversary” aircraft included.

Small, lightweight, and versatile, the F-16 has proven to be an exceptional combat aircraft that is capable of a variety of missions. The aircraft has undergone several updates during its service life, the latest of which is the Block 50, which features a more powerful F110-GE-129 engine and improved radar and avionics. Armed with the AGM-88 HARM anti-radiation missile, it was designated as the F-16CJ and was tasked with "Wild Weasel" missions to suppress enemy air defences. The addition of the CCIP system in 2005 further enhanced its combat capabilities. The F-4 Phantom II was originally conceived as a carrier-borne fighter for the U.S. Navy in the late-1950s but was eventually also adapted by the U.S. Air Force and Marines in addition to the air forces of many other countries. This model kit can depict the first variant used by the U.S. Air Force, the F-4C, as well the subsequently upgraded F-4D. Features The kit features a one-piece fuselage for easy assembly and die-cast metal landing gear legs to ensure a stable stance after the kit is finished. The canopy and airbrake may be assembled in either open or closed positions. A wide range of ordnance, two crew figures, and three marking options are also included.

Over the past three years our 1/32 Scale Aircraft Series has gained a growing selection of modern military aircraft models, including the F-4 Phantom II, F-14 Tomcat and F-15 Eagle. Tamiya now proudly adds the F-16 Fighting Falcon to this distinguished lineup, offering our most detailed ever 1/32 scale aircraft model, and setting whole new standards in large-scale aircraft modeling. Regarded as one of the world's leading jet fighters, the F-16 Fighting Falcon is currently employed by more than 20 countries, and has served in actual combat since the 1980's. The F-16CJ Block 50 variant is the newest F-16 currently being deployed to U.S. units. Major upgrades to the Block 50 included a more powerful turbo General Electric engine, AGM-88 HARM (High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missile) and targeting system. The F-16CJ is used for "Wild Weasel" SEAD (Suppression of Enemy Air Defense) missions, which include searching out and destroying radar and missile sites. The F-16 Fighting Falcon model maintains the ease of assembly featured by all of the models in our 1/32 Scale Aircraft Series, and boasts the high level of detail and accuracy for which Tamiya is known around the world. This model has given our designers the opportunity to incorporate a number of modeling ideas and innovations that would not have been possible on a smaller 1/48 or 1/72 scale. This is the first ever 1/32 scale F-16 model to replicate the characteristic large air intake duct, nicknamed "Big Mouth". The F110-GE-129 jet engine is also replicated in precise detail, and can slide into place on a hook and rail system exactly like the actual aircraft. The entire engine can also be displayed outside the aircraft using the included cart. This model achieves a level of accuracy only possible in such a large-scale work. The upper surfaces of the wings are molded to the main body of the plane in one single piece, creating a "Blended Body" which artfully depicts the F-16's beautiful, streamlined form and proportions. The model features screw-mounted main body and die-cast landing gears with actual rubber tires for extra durability. This model makes use of the newly developed mini poly caps to ensure that missiles, ECM pod and external fuel tanks are removable and interchangeable even after assembly. This way, modelers can enjoy depicting different weapon configurations specific to various F-16 missions. Use of poly caps also enables trailing edge flaps, horizontal stabilizer fins and vertical tail fin flaps to move freely after assembly. Pitot tube and static dischargers are reproduced using metal parts, and photo-etched parts are used for seat buckles, radar antenna, chaff/flare dispensers and name-plate adding to the models realism and display value. This same painstaking attention to detail led us to include an ejector seat fitted with a moveable slide rail, just like the actual aircraft. Curved bubbletop canopy features choice of clear or smoked canopy, and can be assembled in the open or closed position. 1 detailed pilot figure is also included. Gun hatch and nose cone can be opened after assembly to display machine gun and radar system respectively and metal weight has been added to nose for accurate front-rear weight distribution. Featuring decals to produce up to 4 different versions, including tiger design used during "Tiger Meets" and markings for F-16s who flew SEAD missions over Iraq, the list of fantastic features is truly endless. The U.S. Medium Tank M26 Pershing made its appearance at the end of WWII to allow the American army to stand up to the wrath of German tanks. The Pershing which was equipped with a long 90mm gun and exhibited incredible mobility, was first deployed to the European front in February 1945 as part of the effort to invade the German homeland. The Pershing, of which 200 were used against Germany until its surrender, successfully engaged Tiger I and Pz.kpfw. IV tanks. When the Korean War began in June 1950. The M26 also fought successfully against the rival T34/85 Soviet built tanks of the North Korean and Chinese volunteer armies.  Features M26 U.S. Medium Tank Pershing plastic assembly kit. Length: 245mm, Turret with its 90mm long barrel gun and boat hull like underside, have been faithfully reproduced with an incredible level of detail. Crew hatches can be assembled in either the opened or closed position. Movable suspension forms to the landscape of dioramas. Small details like separate parts for the engine grills and cast iron appearance on the hull and the turret make kit seem even more real. Machine gun ammunition boxes and two crew figures (torso) are included. Decals for 4 different markings.

In the early stages of WWII, the French soldiers wore M1920/35 khaki field uniform provided from 1935, and many soldiers also wore a M1938 overcoat. Noncommissioned officers were equipped with the M1932 overcoat and leather leggings. When not in combat, all ranks wore the kepi helmet. Features This is a 6 figure set of French soldiers counterattacking the invading German forces in the early period of WWII. Comes with the squad leader holding a pistol giving commands, 4 riflemen in various attacking positions, and a machine gunner in the lying position taking aim which adds to the tension of the situation they are in. In addition to the open battle uniform and overcoat wearing soldiers, the "Kepi" helmet which was peculiar to the French military is also included which is the highlight. The French soldiers are equipped with M1936 rifles and a Mle1924/29 machine gun, and to add to the sharp finish are the pistol holsters. You can enjoy this diorama with a combination scene with The French Battle Tank B1 bis and or the French Armored Carrier UE.

Popularly known as the "Boxer" because of its air-cooled flat-four square 4-cylinder engine, the L2 H43 was developed by the Krupp company and mass produced from 1933. This truck was capable of both personnel and light-artillery transport and featured unique 6x4 independent suspension with 4-wheel drive and was capable of speeds up to 70km/h. In 1936, this truck had its horse-power improved from 55hp to 60hp with the development of the L2H431 version. This latter version underwent various improvements, particularly those allowing it to tow a 3.7mm PAK 35/36 anti-tank gun. After this improvement, the L2H431 came to be known as the Protze, and could hold 1 driver and 5 artillery crew. From the start of WWII the Protze was employed as standard equipment in anti-tank artillery divisions and was actively deployed to battlefronts in France and Poland.
