Celebrate the wild creativity of Ed “Big Daddy” Roth with the Drag Nut model kit!  Ed InchBig DaddyInch Roth was an American artist, cartoonist, illustrator, custom car designer, pinstriper, and builder. He created the hot rod icon Rat Fink and other Fink characters.  Roth was a key figure in Southern California's Kustom Kulture and hot rod movement of the late 1950s and 1960s. By the August 1959 issue of Car Craft, his airbrushed Weirdo shirts had become a full-blown craze. His many real Show Rod creations would become some of Revell's most popular model kits. This classic kit features intricate detailing, vibrant character design, and precision-molded parts for an authentic build experience.  Perfect for fans of custom car culture and collectors of retro model kits, it offers a fun, nostalgic project and a standout display piece once assembled. Model comes molded in white with metal axles and rolling wheels and includes a small companion Rat Fink Figure to complete the scene.  Features The "Drag Nut" can stand on its own or be placed on a car. Unpainted plastic soldiers in 1/72 scale depicting the so called Prussian Death’s Head Hussars, old von Prittwitz 5th Regiment of Hussars, famous by their Totenkopf (skull with bones crossing). After 1806 defeat at Jena, the Prussian army had a deep reorganization, and the 5th Regiment of Hussars was split in two Leib Hussars (Life Hussars) regiments, though they retained the Totenkopf symbol in their shakos. None of the two regiments were present at Waterloo 1815 battle. This set contains 14 mounted figures in 7 different poses, with 7 poses for the horses too. The poses are vivid and nicely sculpted, and pretty much same parallel to the standard Hussars set. They all wear the pelisse slung over left shoulder and any have been given a carbine which is a pity. Sculpture detail and cast, are top class, and just some accuracy problems and decisions like the absence of carbines, pistols and all the pelisses slung, limit the value of this set, though since they weren’t on Waterloo battle, are less appealing for fans of the period. Please note that the above example in pictures, painted diorama or painted single figures, is for demonstration purposes only.

The interest in the subject of the World War II is still high, and our company continues creating the kits dedicated to this period. This kit is a part of duology consisting of two kits and dedicated to the events that occurred near French city Bastogne in December 1944, when the US paratroopers of the U.S. 101st Airborne Division, being in absolute minority, firmly defended that city, almost ruining the German attack in Ardennes, and the NUTS! reply of General McAulliffe to the offer of a capitulation became legendary. The kit consists of 2 plastic sprues: one sprue for the assembly of 4 figures of the German Infantrymen who got the fierce battle with the US paratroopers and the other sprue with weapons and equipment. The kit can be used both for creating an independent and very expressive vignette and for creating more large-scale diorama with broken techniques of the enemy and with Master Box kit 35253. The figures are made at a high artistic level, being actually a highly artistic miniature sculpture.
