The JN-1 is a prototype tailless glider designed by the renowned Polish aircraft designer, Jaroslaw Narewski. It made its first flight in 1932, but due to a lack of longitudinal stability, it crashed in the autumn of the same year after several test flights. The Ca.100 was based on the de Havilland DH.60 Moth, which was produced under license by Caproni at the time, by redesigning the main wings and tail. This aircraft, which was popular overseas, was manufactured under license in Portugal and Bulgaria, and was introduced as a military training aircraft in Austria, Spain, and Peru. Approximately 700 of this aircraft were built, of which several dozen were made as the seaplane type Ca.100 IDRO. This 1/72 scale model kit from Fly is a completely new mold! The Fiat G.50 Frecchia was the flagship fighter aircraft of the Italian Air Force in the early days of World War II. In Italy, it was operated as a fighter-bomber after 1941, and gradually retreated from the front line; however, 33 of this aircraft sold to Finland shot down 11 Soviet aircraft in the Winter War, and 88 in the Continuation War. It was deployed in battle until the end of the war, and was the favored mount of ace pilots such as Oiva Tuominen and Olli Puhakka. This model kit includes three types of fuselages, and two types each of propellers and spinners; by combining these parts, almost all single-seat G.50 variants can be built. Resin parts are included for the pilot's seat and sighting device; decals for four versions are also included (two each for Finland and Italy). The Ca.100 is a military trainer aircraft representing the Italian Air Force in the 1930s; it made its first flight in 1928. This aircraft was developed by redesigning the wings and tail of the de Havilland DH.60 Moth, which was licensed and produced by Caproni at the time. This model represents a Walter engine-equipped aircraft operated in Czechoslovakia in the 1930s, one of the overseas specifications of the Ca.100, which was very popular overseas. The Hawker Hurricane is a British single-engine single-engine fighter with a metal structure with canvas elements from the Second World War. Acting on all fronts during the Second World War, the Hawker Hurricane earned the name of one of the best and most ubiquitous airplanes of that time, both as a fighter and an attack plane. Undoubtedly, however, the most significant card in the history of this machine was its contribution to the victory of the British in the Battle of Britain in 1940. The plane constructed by Sydney Camm at the request of the Ministry of Defense was supposed to become the main force of the British air fleet. For the first time, a prototype of an aircraft powered by a Rolls-Royce Merlin Mk.II engine took off on November 6, 1935, piloted by Georg Bulman. The tests were excellent and it was quickly decided to order 600 machines, the first of which entered service with the 111th squadron of the RAF in December 1937. When Great Britain declared war on Nazi Germany on September 3, 1939, the RAF had 19 ready-to-fight Hurricane squadrons, which started their military career with operations in France and Norway. During the course of the war, several versions of this very successful plane were created. The first mass-produced version was the Mk.I with the Merlin III engine. From 1940, the Mk.II versions with the new Merlin XX engine with a capacity of 1280 HP began to be delivered to the units. It was this version, as the first variant of Hurricane, that performed primarily assault and battlefield support tasks. Its best variant was the Hurricane Mk.IID, used by min. in the North Africa campaign in 1942. The third version is the Hurricane Mk.IV with the new Merlin 24/27 engine, 1620HP. It served as an assault machine armed with bombs, unguided missiles and Vickers S cannons until 1944. A sea variant (Sea Hurricane) was also produced, which served on aircraft carriers and on specially adapted merchant ships (Sea Hurricane Mk.IA). The Ba349 was a vertical take-off rocket interceptor prototype developed in Germany at the end of World War II. Its nickname, "Natter," means viper in German. The wooden aircraft carried 24 to 33 rocket projectiles in the nose and was powered by a single Walter liquid-fuel rocket engine. It launched from a vertical catapult using four solid-fuel rocket boosters. After launch, the aircraft was radio-guided toward the target. Upon approach, the nose cover was removed and the rockets fired. The pilot was intended to eject by parachute, while the engine separated for potential reuse after the aircraft fell. In March 1945, a manned test flight ended in disaster when the pilot lost consciousness immediately after launch, resulting in a fatal crash. Only a few dozen units were produced before the end of the war, and the aircraft never saw combat. The kit includes resin parts, photo-etched parts, and six types of decals. Two vertical tails, two horizontal tails, three nose parts, and a display stand are also included. When completed, the model measures approximately 193mm in length and 124mm in wingspan. The McDonnell Douglas DC-9 was a mid-range, low-wing, twin-engine, low-wing American jet airliner. The drive was provided by two Pratt and Whitney JT8D twin-flow engines. The flight of the prototype took place in 1965, and serial production continued in the years 1965-1982. About 970 copies of this aircraft were produced. Unit cost was estimated at approximately $ 42-49 million. McDonnell Douglas DC-9 was created to improve the company's commercial offer and replace it with the DC-8 four-engine aircraft. When designing the DC-9 aircraft, the focus was primarily on the high ergonomics of the machine and the lowest possible operating costs. Several development versions were created in the course of serial production. The first mass-produced was the DC-9-15. Shortly thereafter, a version of the DC-9-20 with improved aerodynamics and wings was created. In 1975, DC-9-50 planes appeared with a passenger cabin that could take up to 139 passengers. It was by far the largest of the mass-produced versions of the DC-9.
