For porous products you may have to apply more glue to get the strongest bond, it would be best to try bonding some test pieces to determine the proper amount. When sealing and hardening wood parts use in a well ventilated area and work on small sections. Mr. Cement is a standard adhesive for plastic models. It is viscous because it contains acrylic resin. Please use it when gluing plastic models made of polystyrol (PS/polystyrene).Since resin remains after drying, it is best used when gaps between joints are noticeable or where strength is required.
