BSI Slow-Cure 30min Epoxy 9oz
$40.95
SLOW-CURE™ 30 min. epoxy works best for forming reinforcing fillets on joints. It has the highest strength of our epoxies. It is waterproof and more heat resistant. SLOW-CURE™ can be used for bonding if you’re willing to wait overnight. Fillers such as microballoons can be mixed with SLOW-CURE™ and FINISH-CURE™ to form a putty-like consistency. Such fillers will usually decrease the working time by about 25%. Bonded objects can be handled after 8 hours and the cured epoxy reaches full strength within 24 hours.

SLOW-CURE™ 30 min. Epoxy is an equal two-part hobby adhesive that forms high strength bonds through a chemical reaction between the resin and hardener. The cured epoxy is resistant to most chemicals.
SLOW-CURE™ has the highest strength of our epoxies and should be applied in temperatures above 70°F. SLOW-CURE™ maintains it’s strength in both the lowest and highest temperature ranges of our line of epoxies.
SLOW-CURE™ bonds best to clean, textured surfaces. Smooth, non-porous surfaces should be roughened with coarse sandpaper to improve adhesion. Acetone and Isopropyl rubbing alcohol work as the best solvents for cleaning uncured epoxy from surfaces. SLOW-CURE™ works best for forming reinforcing fillets on joints and can be mixed with microballons or other fillers to form putty-like consistency. SLOW-CURE™ is waterproof and forms superior bonds if you’re willing to wait overnight. It has better penetration of porous surfaces for better bonding. Full cure in 6-8 hours.

BSI Quick- Cure 5min Epoxy 9oz
$40.95
QUIK-CURE™ 5 min. epoxy cures to a slightly flexible consistency. This lack of brittleness allows it to form a lasting bond in areas subjected to high vibration or stress. QUIK-CURE™ shouldn’t be used in areas that are subject to long-term immersion in water; however, it works fine for the internal structure of wood framed boats. QUIKCURE™ is our only epoxy on which you can apply polyester resins. It can be mixed with microballoons to form a quick setting putty. Items bonded with QUIK-CURE™ can be handled after 15 minutes. Full strength is reached in 1 hour.

BSI Insta-Cure Super Thin C...
$12.95
Insta-Cure™ has a water-thin viscosity that wicks deep into joints by capillary action and cures in a matter of a few seconds. Surfaces to be bonded must be tight fitting and should be held together while you apply the CA around the edges of the seam. At the moment CAs cure, they give off a vapor that can irritate the nose and eyes, so be prepared. Thin CAs work very well on balsa since they penetrate into the wood and form more than just a surface bond.

MICROSCALE
Microscale Micro-Kristal Klear
$10.99
If there ever was a modelers' secret, this is it. Micro Kristal Klear can do so many things, you will not believe that any product can make such a big difference in the appearance of your models.
First, Micro Kristal Klear is a liquid that can be used to form very real looking small windows up to 1/4" in size. It also is an adhesive for mounting clear plastic parts, windows, etc., on models. It can be used to make lenses both clear and colored with the addition of a little food coloring. What really makes a remarkable difference in your models is the simple fact that the clear parts can be joined to the painted parts with a completely clear adhesive. What this means is that you do not have to mask around the clear parts, something that is rarely completely successful any way. Plus the sills which are painted can be seen through the Micro Kristal Klear for the most realistic looking windows you will see on a model.
What the pros like best is that it is fast and easy and stays clear. It cleans up with water while wet and is waterproof when dry. You can tell when it's dry because it turns from milky white to clear. If you need a super strong and flexible adhesive for wood, plastic, paper or most combinations of dissimilar materials, this is a handy thing to have.
For the making of small windows, you just dip a toothpick in this thick liquid and apply a little all around the edges. Then, holding the toothpick as flat as you can to the opening, draw it across from one side of the opening to the other. You will pick up a bubble which will form a very thin window of scale thickness that is also strong and flexible. When installing larger clear parts, paint the model first. Just apply a little Micro Kristal Klear along the edges to be joined, put in place and let dry.

BSI Super-Gold Thin Odorles...
$19.95
SUPER-GOLD™ Thin and SUPER-GOLD+™ gap filling medium thickness are our odorless foam safe CAs. They are non-frosting and take only 2 or 3 seconds longer to bond compared to Insta-Cure and Insta-Cure+. There are no fumes that irritate the nose and eyes. The SUPER-GOLD™’s do not attack white foam; therefore, they can be used in the building of foam core wings and the assembly and repair of plastic and foam ARF’s. They will not fog clear plastic. SUPER-GOLD+™ is ideal for attaching clear canopies in plastic model kits; however, MAXI-CURE™ is still recommended for assembling the rest of plastic kits. Wood can be bonded to white foam with SUPER-GOLD +™ in less than fifteen seconds. For bonding foam to foam, spray a very light fog of INSTA-SET™ to one piece and apply SUPER-GOLD+™ to the other before joining. Excess INSTA-SET™ may create too much heat, which can melt the foam. Both SUPER-GOLD™’s cure to a more flexible consistency for better shock absorbtion. Whenever a large amount of CA is to be used in such applications as saturating fiberglass or Kevlar, SUPER-GOLD™ eliminates the irritating fumes from the evaporating monomer that make repeated use of CA unpleasant at times.

BSI Un-Cure CA Debonder Green
$8.95
UN-CURE™ debonder will soften cured CA. If parts are bonded incorrectly or your fingers are stuck together, a few drops of UN-CURE™ will dissolve the CA in about a minute. Apply on bonded skin and roll apart fingers. Once stuck, use acetone to clean off softened CA, then wash off with soap and water. Since cured CA is essentially acrylic plastic, anything that will dissolve CA will also soften most plastics. Care must be used, therefore, when using Un-Cure on plastics. Separating plastics parts with a razor saw is usually the best option.
Works Best On
All Cyanoacrylates
Directions
Un-Cure™ will soften cured super glue (aka cyanoacrylate, CA). To release bonded skin (not near the eyes) apply Un-Cure™, then use a small, rounded object like a paperclip to separate the skin with a peeling action, applying more Un-Cure™ as needed until the skin areas are debonded. Wash the area with soap and water. The natural shedding of the skin’s outer layer will remove any residual CA within 12 hr. For removing CA from hard surfaces, soak a cloth or paper towel in Un-Cure™ and rub areas vigorously. Un-Cure™, however, will mar most plastics.

BSI Maxi Cure Thick CA 2oz Red
$20.95
Maxi-Cure™ extra thick CA is the best CA for most plastics, including GE’s Lexan MAXI-CURE™ is the best choice for plastic model assembly. When used with INSTA-SET™, it works better than any putty for modifying or filling voids. It can be carved with a knife or razor blade and sanded and feathered to form a finish indistinguishable from plastic. MAXI-CURE™ bonds fiberglass, hardwood, metal and rubber better than any other hobby adhesive. For gluing to the inside, clothtextured surface of fiberglass, scrape the area to be bonded with a razor blade or coarse sandpaper before using MAXI-CURE™ or any other adhesive. It also is best for bonding the tires for R/C cars.
MAXI-CURE™ has proven to be very popular in the archery business for the fletching of vanes onto aluminum and carbon arrow shafts. Along with being the strongest, MAXI-CURE™ is usually the least expensive option for this application.

BSI Insta-Cure Plus Gap Fil...
$22.95
Insta-Cure+ is a higher viscosity CA for loose fitting joints in which the adhesive must bridge gaps. Normally, the thicker CA is applied to one surface and then the parts are held tightly together for about 5 to 15 seconds. For large surface areas, including those with close fitting joints such as laminations, INSTA-CURE+ should also be used. To prevent premature curing, don’t spread the glue into a thin film. Lay down a serpentine bead with about 1" separations on one surface, then assemble the parts, letting the pressure spread the CA out.

Superior Penetrating Formula
Super Thin - Water Like Consistency
Bonds And Cures In 1 To 5 Seconds
Works On Most Materials
Available In 5 Convenient Sizes
ZAP CA Is the thinnest CA in the ZAP product line. The penetrating or wicking ability of this glue makes it a favorite of modelers around the world. Balsa wood is bonded almost instantaneously, with the glue sometimes traveling several inches into the parts. The consistent performance and strength of the glue is what sets it apart from other brands. This product is also widely used throughout the hobby industry; the thin formula allows the glue to go where most cannot. Some uses besides hobbies and crafts include; jewelry manufacturing and repair, taxidermy, mold and pattern making, furniture refinishing and antique repair, auto detailing, archery, darts, dental molds and patterns, and ceramic repair. Wood turners like the penetrating ability for hardening soft areas and preventing the propagation of cracks. Furniture refinishers can count on ZAP CA to wick under loose veneer without having to remove the piece and chance damage. Mold and pattern shops coat the outside of the wood pattern, hardening it for final finishing. Cracks almost disappear in ceramic and hardened plaster pieces. Use it on fiberglass and cloth to bond, reinforce, and strengthen wood parts and assemblies. Plastic parts can be joined with an almost invisible seam.
Helpful Hints:
This glue is FAST!! It travels fast and sets up fast. It will bond skin instantly. Because of this glues wicking ability it will travel along an edge or seam for several inches. It will penetrate deep in to a crack just by applying the glue at one end. When bonding balsa wood, hold the parts together and apply a small amount of glue at the seam where the parts meet. The glue will penetrate the joint and wick into the balsa parts. Don’t hold the balsa to close to the joint or you will find that you are glued to your parts. For porous products you may have to apply more glue to get the strongest bond, it would be best to try bonding some test pieces to determine the proper amount. When sealing and hardening wood parts use in a well ventilated area and work on small sections. Do not use kicker with this glue, in most cases the glue will have set before you can apply the accelerator. For critical applications test sample joints for designed strength requirements.

Mr. Cement is a standard adhesive for plastic models. It is viscous because it contains acrylic resin.
Please use it when gluing plastic models made of polystyrol (PS/polystyrene).Since resin remains after drying, it is best used when gaps between joints are noticeable or where strength is required. A brush is attached to the cap.
