Insta-Cure+ is a higher viscosity CA for loose fitting joints in which the adhesive must bridge gaps. Normally, the thicker CA is applied to one surface and then the parts are held tightly together for about 5 to 15 seconds. For large surface areas, including those with close fitting joints such as laminations, INSTA-CURE+ should also be used. To prevent premature curing, don’t spread the glue into a thin film. Lay down a serpentine bead with about 1" separations on one surface, then assemble the parts, letting the pressure spread the CA out. Balsa wood is bonded almost instantaneously, with the glue sometimes traveling several inches into the parts. The consistent performance and strength of the glue is what sets it apart from other brands. This product is also widely used throughout the hobby industry; the thin formula allows the glue to go where most cannot. Some uses besides hobbies and crafts include; jewelry manufacturing and repair, taxidermy, mold and pattern making, furniture refinishing and antique repair, auto detailing, archery, darts, dental molds and patterns, and ceramic repair. Wood turners like the penetrating ability for hardening soft areas and preventing the propagation of cracks. Furniture refinishers can count on ZAP CA to wick under loose veneer without having to remove the piece and chance damage. Mold and pattern shops coat the outside of the wood pattern, hardening it for final finishing. Cracks almost disappear in ceramic and hardened plaster pieces. Use it on fiberglass and cloth to bond, reinforce, and strengthen wood parts and assemblies. Plastic parts can be joined with an almost invisible seam. Helpful Hints: This glue is FAST!! It travels fast and sets up fast. It will bond skin instantly. Because of this glues wicking ability it will travel along an edge or seam for several inches. It will penetrate deep in to a crack just by applying the glue at one end. When bonding balsa wood, hold the parts together and apply a small amount of glue at the seam where the parts meet. The glue will penetrate the joint and wick into the balsa parts. Don’t hold the balsa to close to the joint or you will find that you are glued to your parts. For porous products you may have to apply more glue to get the strongest bond, it would be best to try bonding some test pieces to determine the proper amount. When sealing and hardening wood parts use in a well ventilated area and work on small sections. Do not use kicker with this glue, in most cases the glue will have set before you can apply the accelerator. For critical applications test sample joints for designed strength requirements.

SUPER-GOLD™ and SUPER-GOLD+™ are our odourless INSTA-CURE CAs They are non-frosting and take only 2 or 3 seconds longer to bond. There are no fumes that irritate the nose and eyes. The SUPER-GOLD™’s do not attack white foam; therefore, they can be used in the building of foam core wings and the assembly and repair of plastic and foam ARF’s. They will not fog clear plastic. SUPER-GOLD+™ is ideal for attaching clear canopies in plastic model kits; however, MAXI-CURE™ is still recommended for assembling the rest of plastic kits. Wood can be bonded to white foam with SUPER-GOLD +™ in less than fifteen seconds. For bonding foam to foam, spray a very light fog of INSTA-SET™ to one piece and apply SUPER-GOLD+™ to the other before joining. Excess INSTA-SET™ may create too much heat, which can melt the foam. Both SUPER-GOLD™’s cure to a more flexible consistency for better shock absorption. Whenever a large amount of CA is to be used in such applications as saturating fibreglass or Kevlar, SUPER-GOLD™ eliminates the irritating fumes from the evaporating monomer that make repeated use of CA unpleasant at times.

ICKYSTICKY CA ACTIVATOR is a single component, solvent based surface accelerator designed to increase the speed cure of ICKYSTICKY range of CA glues. Mr. Cement is a standard adhesive for plastic models. It is viscous because it contains acrylic resin. Please use it when gluing plastic models made of polystyrol (PS/polystyrene).Since resin remains after drying, it is best used when gaps between joints are noticeable or where strength is required. A brush is attached to the cap.

This clear putty hardens under sunlight or UV light. The thickness and adhesive strength have been adjusted for model making. The resin is designed so that colored UV putty can be created by adding water-based hobby colors. (After mixing, use within about 5 minutes. Add no more than 5% of the putty. Adding too much paint may result in poor curing or extended curing time.)  *Please use a commercially available UV light.  Features The composition is designed so that it can be colored with water-based hobby colors. We recommend the water-based hobby color version of Iro no Gen. It has a meaty texture, so it's easy to make thick objects. Less tacky after curing Even if new putty is applied on top of hardened clear putty and allowed to harden, it will not easily peel off from the applied surface. Use on top of foil stickers to create simple jewel stickers.

Mr. White Putty R is a lacquer putty that is ideal for filling small gaps, sink marks, pinholes, etc.It has a lower viscosity than Mr. White Putty, so it can be used in finer areas. It is recommended to apply it using a glue stick or Mr. Glue Applicator. After hardening, it has a smooth cutting property similar to that of plastic model materials.

Mr. Cement S is a low-viscosity adhesive. Unlike the viscous resin-containing Mr. Cement, this is a smooth liquid type. By pouring it into the gaps between parts that have been joined together using capillary action, the parts are strongly bonded together. Compared to Mr. Cement SP, it dries more slowly, so you can make fine adjustments after applying this cement if you do so before it dries. It is ideal for areas that require large areas and strength, such as the turrets of tank models, the wings of airplane models, and the bottom of ship models. It is also effective for bonding track parts of tank models. The cap is equipped with a face brush that is convenient for pouring into the joints.

The Tamiya Super-Glue CA Cement Accelerator enables quicker curing of CA cement. Apply the accelerator to one cementing surface and the CA cement to the other. A strong bond will quickly form when the two surfaces are pressed together. This is ideal for attaching small photo-etched parts or parts with a very small cementing surface. Insta-Flex™ flexible thin CA is ideal for many applications, including the installation of CA hinges. When cured, INSTA-FLEX™ does not turn brittle and remains clear, even if accelerated with INSTA-SET™. It has superior shock resistance. Although not as thin in consistency as INSTA-CURE™, INSTA-FLEX™ still has good penetrating qualities and its application can be easier to control. For CA hinges, we recommend drilling a 1/16" hole in the center of the hinge slots to insure the complete saturation of the hinge when INSTA-FLEX™ is applied. INSTA-FLEX™ has a different, less irritating odor compared to regular CA's, but still can not be used on white foam. INSTA-FLEX™ has also proven to be superior when bonding anodized aluminum.
