IC-LOC™ Blue is a medium thickness, medium strength threadlock that is applied to the threads of fasteners before assembly. Once the IC-LOC Blue™ is cured, the fasteners can be disassembled with standard hand tools if required. Works Good On Threads of fasteners Bolts Screws Nuts Directions Shake well, then apply IC-LOC™ Blue to the clean and dry threaded areas before assembling non-plastic parts. Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™ Blue is anaerobic and cures in the absence of air, which occurs when a bolt, screw or nut is tightened. IC-LOC™ Blue prevents loosening of fasteners from normal use and vibration, but parts can still be disassembled with hand tools. IC-LOC™ Blue seals and prevents rusting of threads. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C). Remove residue with a damp cloth.

Zap-O Foam Safe CA is a true odorless CA. It has the same gap filling properties as Zap-A-Gap CA+ but without the fumes. It works great on balsa, plywood, bass wood and most other modeling and hobby materials. Zap-O Foam Safe CA is also great for craft work when gluing foam shapes or various materials to foam products. Medium thick formula that cures in 15 seconds. Packaged in a 20-gram bottle. To cure properly, Zap-O Foam Safe CA must be used with Zap Foam Safe Kicker (PT-28). Insta-Flex™ flexible thin CA is ideal for many applications, including the installation of CA hinges. When cured, INSTA-FLEX™ does not turn brittle and remains clear, even if accelerated with INSTA-SET™. It has superior shock resistance. Although not as thin in consistency as INSTA-CURE™, INSTA-FLEX™ still has good penetrating qualities and its application can be easier to control. For CA hinges, we recommend drilling a 1/16" hole in the center of the hinge slots to insure the complete saturation of the hinge when INSTA-FLEX™ is applied. INSTA-FLEX™ has a different, less irritating odor compared to regular CA's, but still can not be used on white foam. INSTA-FLEX™ has also proven to be superior when bonding anodized aluminum. SUPER-GOLD™ Thin and SUPER-GOLD+™ gap filling medium thickness are our odorless foam safe CAs. They are non-frosting and take only 2 or 3 seconds longer to bond compared to Insta-Cure and Insta-Cure+. There are no fumes that irritate the nose and eyes. The SUPER-GOLD™’s do not attack white foam; therefore, they can be used in the building of foam core wings and the assembly and repair of plastic and foam ARF’s. They will not fog clear plastic. SUPER-GOLD+™ is ideal for attaching clear canopies in plastic model kits; however, MAXI-CURE™ is still recommended for assembling the rest of plastic kits. Wood can be bonded to white foam with SUPER-GOLD +™ in less than fifteen seconds. For bonding foam to foam, spray a very light fog of INSTA-SET™ to one piece and apply SUPER-GOLD+™ to the other before joining. Excess INSTA-SET™ may create too much heat, which can melt the foam. Both SUPER-GOLD™’s cure to a more flexible consistency for better shock absorbtion. Whenever a large amount of CA is to be used in such applications as saturating fiberglass or Kevlar, SUPER-GOLD™ eliminates the irritating fumes from the evaporating monomer that make repeated use of CA unpleasant at times. For finer applications, use the extender tip. Apply Super-Gold+™ CA to one side of the parts being joined, then hold them tightly together for 5-15 seconds. For larger bonding areas, apply serpentine beads of the CA with enough spacing to allow for the spreading ofthe adhesive. Insta-Set™ accelerator must be used when bonding two pieces of foam together. Full strength is reached in three hours. Wipe the nozzle clean before replacing screw-on top. Refrigerate to extend shelf life. Cured CA is stable from -40 to 220° F. Soak extender tip in acetone for cleaning.

Maxi-Cure™ extra thick CA is the best CA for most plastics, including GE’s Lexan MAXI-CURE™ is the best choice for plastic model assembly. When used with INSTA-SET™, it works better than any putty for modifying or filling voids. It can be carved with a knife or razor blade and sanded and feathered to form a finish indistinguishable from plastic. MAXI-CURE™ bonds fiberglass, hardwood, metal and rubber better than any other hobby adhesive. For gluing to the inside, clothtextured surface of fiberglass, scrape the area to be bonded with a razor blade or coarse sandpaper before using MAXI-CURE™ or any other adhesive. It also is best for bonding the tires for R/C cars. MAXI-CURE™ has proven to be very popular in the archery business for the fletching of vanes onto aluminum and carbon arrow shafts. Along with being the strongest, MAXI-CURE™ is usually the least expensive option for this application. Milliput Silver-Grey is one of the most well-known epoxy putty product for modelling. Silver-Grey has a finer structure than the Milliput Standard. The material works like the famous Green Stuff. Milliput consists of two components. Mixing these two components together by kneading for about 5 minutes will activate the material to slowly harden, it will be fully cured after about 3 hours. Keeping the putty cool, dry and airtight will keep it usable for about 2 years. Once fully cured, Milliput can be sawn, sanded, drilled, filed and painted. It is advisable to wear safety glasses when sanding and sawing. Milliput is, in addition to its pleasant use for modelling, also a perfect putty for connecting materials. It adheres effortlessly to wood, stone, cement, concrete, plastic and even glass, but it is not an adhesive in itself.

Zap Z-Ends are 10 pcs extended tips and 38 cm (15 inches) of micro dropper tubing. These fir to the end of ZAP Superglue bottles to allow smaller drops of glue to be placed accurately in hard-to-reach places. Odourless de-bonding agent for all super glues.  Softens cured glue so it can be easily removed from fingers and many other surfaces. (Always test first!) USES: Z-7 DEBONDER works to remove cured CA glues from skin, work surfaces, most plastics, and model finishes. Z-7 DEBONDER can also be used to remove adhesive left from stickers, pen and marker inks, some paints and stains, decals, correction fluids and finger nail polish. You can use Z-7 DEBONDER to weatherize and highlight your models and soften CA glue prior to sanding. HELPFUL HINTS: Z-7 DEBONDER Is best applied directly from the bottle right onto the glue to be removed. Z-7 DEBONDER works by softening the glue so it can be wiped away. Several applications may be necessary to completely remove all of the glue. To remove from your fingers or other body parts, apply Z-7 DEBONDER directly on the glue and rub the area with your finger, wipe away the softened glue and apply additional Z-7 DEBONDER if needed. If your fingers are glued together apply Z-7 DEBONDER all around the area glued, then gently roll your fingers to loosen the glue, apply more and continue working the glued area until yours fingers separate. To remove from a surface, apply directly to the glue and let sit for several minutes, wipe away the softened glue and repeat the application if required. To weather your model apply debonder to a rag first and gently wipe the painted areas you wish to look worn. Although Z-7 DEBONDER will work on most materials and paints, always test on samples for compatibility.
