The USS Oscar Austin (DDG-79) is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer in the United States Navy, operating under Destroyer Squadron 60. Commissioned in 2000, she is the first Flight IIA variant of the class, specially built with a full helicopter hangar to support anti-submarine warfare.
