SUPER-GOLD™ Thin and SUPER-GOLD+™ gap filling medium thickness are our odorless foam safe CAs. They are non-frosting and take only 2 or 3 seconds longer to bond compared to Insta-Cure and Insta-Cure+. There are no fumes that irritate the nose and eyes. The SUPER-GOLD™’s do not attack white foam; therefore, they can be used in the building of foam core wings and the assembly and repair of plastic and foam ARF’s. They will not fog clear plastic. SUPER-GOLD+™ is ideal for attaching clear canopies in plastic model kits; however, MAXI-CURE™ is still recommended for assembling the rest of plastic kits. Wood can be bonded to white foam with SUPER-GOLD +™ in less than fifteen seconds. For bonding foam to foam, spray a very light fog of INSTA-SET™ to one piece and apply SUPER-GOLD+™ to the other before joining. Excess INSTA-SET™ may create too much heat, which can melt the foam. Both SUPER-GOLD™’s cure to a more flexible consistency for better shock absorbtion. Whenever a large amount of CA is to be used in such applications as saturating fiberglass or Kevlar, SUPER-GOLD™ eliminates the irritating fumes from the evaporating monomer that make repeated use of CA unpleasant at times. For finer applications, use the extender tip. Apply Super-Gold+™ CA to one side of the parts being joined, then hold them tightly together for 5-15 seconds. For larger bonding areas, apply serpentine beads of the CA with enough spacing to allow for the spreading ofthe adhesive. Insta-Set™ accelerator must be used when bonding two pieces of foam together. Full strength is reached in three hours. Wipe the nozzle clean before replacing screw-on top. Refrigerate to extend shelf life. Cured CA is stable from -40 to 220° F. Soak extender tip in acetone for cleaning.

ICKYSTICKY LIQUID CEMENT is a solvent based adhesive formulated to bond polystyrene plastic, commonly used in making plastic model kits. Also perfect for using on styrene sheets when creating unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. Features This formula dries clear but has an opaque appearance due to the added resin, resulting in a super strong bond. Excellent for gap filling and allows extra working time to position pieces. Can only be used PRE-ASSEMBLY – apply to one part and bring the two pieces together. After this more cement can be added to strengthen the join if required. This formula has no capillary action and will not run along a seam or join. The cap has a fine, pointed brush, allowing precise application and easy reach into small spaces. Fast drying, least corrosive on model surface.Fit parts together, then use the brush on the cap to flow cement into the gap between the parts.

Tamiya has now packaged CA cement in smaller 0.5g tubes that can be conveniently used in one time, thereby eliminating waste. It can be used with plastics, metal, and synthetic parts for quick application.

Mr. Cement SP (Super Power), a fast-drying, strong pour-in adhesive for polystyrene (PS/polystyrene) resin, is now available in black! The areas where the adhesive has been poured are colored black for improved visibility! This prevents insufficient pouring of adhesive and application to unnecessary areas. In addition, when working with plastic boards, the seams remain black as marks, making it easier to get accurate measurements. Since it is a pigment-based adhesive, it does not bleed onto the painted surface. *When painting a light color, the black parts may stand out. In that case, use a primer to unify the color of the base before painting. This will make them less noticeable. *The caps of our products are tightly closed to prevent leakage. If you try to open the cap forcibly, you may hurt your fingers. If you think the cap is hard to open, please be careful to open it safely, for example, by using a cloth that you don't mind getting dirty.  

Mr. Cement SP is a low-viscosity adhesive. It is a smooth liquid type like Mr. Cement S. By pouring it into the gap between parts that have been joined together using capillary action, it bonds the parts together more strongly and quickly. It dries faster than Mr. Cement S, and has stronger strength after bonding. It is ideal for areas that require large areas and strength, such as the turrets of tank models, the wings of airplane models, and the bottom of ship models. It is extremely effective in bonding parts that have a small contact area and were previously difficult to bond. Since fine adjustments after application are difficult, it is recommended to use it in combination with Mr. Cement S, which dries slowly. The cap is equipped with a face brush that is convenient for application.

Replacement top that is on all of BSI's non-Pocket CAs. Tops can be soaked in acetone overnight to remove any buildup of CA on the inside and outside of the nozzle.
