This was one of the first four Starter Decks released for the One Piece Card Game. A Super Pre-Release version was available at the SPR event in Oct-Nov 22, and the normal release version was first available in Dec 2022.
The set features a Green leader with a strong ability that has seen a lot of use in top decks. The starter deck focuses on control. Many cards focus on resting, removing, and battling characters.
Many of the cards are staples in any Green deck. The Leader in particular has an ability that is nearly always useful, as well as big characters like the 7-cost re-stand blocker Kid. Jewelry Bonney is also a very useful searcher card with many targets in the Supernovas type.

Corrections & Errata
Many of the cards are missing “up to” references on their abilities. Some cards should refer to “Character cards” instead of just “Characters”. These can be found in the official errata.
The first printing of the box incorrectly states there are four ST02-015 Scalpel and two ST02-016 Repel, when the deck actually contained two Scalpel and four Repel. The deck may be reprinted with the corrected number of cards on the box.
Set Variants
The Super Pre-Release version of this deck has a box that was smaller and had different art. The Leader card features alternate art to the main release Leader. All of the cards, including the DON!!, had a golden Super Pre-Release stamp embossed onto the front.
