This was one of the first four Starter Decks released for the One Piece Card Game. A Super Pre-Release version was available at the SPR event in Oct-Nov 22, and the normal release version was first available in Dec 2022.
The set features a Red Luffy leader and a deck that focuses on fast-attacking Rush characters, vanilla characters with high stats, and buffs to attack strength.
As the deck featured the main character of the One Piece series, Luffy, it was probably the most popular set at release. Many of the cards were staples in the meta of the first few months of the game and will continue to see heavy use as later sets are released.
The deck contains 50 main deck cards, one Leader card, and ten DON!!.

Corrections & Errata
Many of the cards are missing “up to” references on their abilities. Some cards should refer to “Character cards” instead of just “Characters”. These can be found in the official errata.
Set Variants
The Super Pre-Release version of this deck has a box that was smaller and had different art. The Leader card features alternate art to the main release Leader. All of the cards, including the DON!!, had a golden Super Pre-Release stamp embossed onto the front.
