The GSX400FS Impulse was introduced in 1982 as Suzuki's first high-grade model of the GSX400F equipped with an in-line 4-cylinder 4-valve engine. More accurately, the GSX400F S has a space between F and S. The seat is like a single seat, but it can seat two people. It was equipped with a 4in1 muffler. The first model with the name "Impulse". This name was used for the GSX400X Impulse (Tokyo Tower) in 1986 and the GSX400 Impulse (including the S equipped with a bikini cowl) sold from 1994 to 2008, but the GSX400FS Impulse was short-lived.

It can be built as the CF400 FOUR-I with semi-flat handles, or the CB400 FOUR-II with standard handles. The AA City Turbo II was introduced in November 1983, replacing the previous City Turbo. Compared to the Turbo, the maximum output evolved to 110PS/5,500rpm with the addition of an intercooler. In addition, when the throttle is fully opened with the engine speed at 4,000rpm or less, it's equipped with a "scramble boost" function that raises the boost pressure for 10% for 10 seconds. The exterior is newly equipped with front and rear blister fenders and special bumpers; this model kit reproduces the catalog specifications with a front spoiler, rear under spoiler, bucket seat and roll cage.

The Inifiniti Q45 appeared with the catchphrase of "Japan Original" in November 1989; it was developed by Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. with the aim of being a world-class luxury car, with a grilleless front mask, cloisonne emblem, and lacquered cluster. Its novel concept pursued a unique sense of values that set it apart from previous luxury cars. The third-generation President, which made its debut in October 1990, extended the wheelbase based on the Infiniti Q45 by 15cm, spending all of it to improve rear-seat comfort, ensuring its value as a chaffeur-driven vehicle. Then, in February 1992, the President JS, with the same wheelbase as the Infiniti Q45, was introduced for personal users.
