The Skyline GT-R driven by Mai Hasegawa, the second daughter of the "Hasegawa" hobby shop's second store, is now a production model kit, with new plastic mesh wheels! Mai has become deeply immersed in subcultures centered around anime and manga, and has become a true otaku. Although she can be shy, she is well-regarded for her courteous service when spoken to. Hasegawa's newest 1/24-scale model kit in its "What's Up Mechadoc" series brings us the Toyota 2000GT driven by Reiko Ono in the manga as she competed in the East Japan Circuit Grand Prix! The overfenders, chin spoiler, and spacers for changing the tire position are 3D-printed parts. The set includes a plastic five-spoke wheel and matching rubber tire.
