The RS continued to evolve, and in February 1983, the Turbo RS with the FJ20ET engine, a turbocharger added to the FJ20E, was introduced. Based on this Turbo RS, the Skyline Super Silhouette returned to racing activities. In February 1984, the RS was finally equipped with an intercooler. It was called the Turbo C, and its maximum output rose to 205 horsepower, making it the most powerful Skyline ever.
